Before - Rotten Decking & Framing
Recently, this customer called asking for a shingle replacement. As the tear-off began, rotten decking and framing was discovered.
After - Replaced Decking, Framing & Flashing
After totally removing the rotten decking and installing framing, proper waterproofing underlayment and shingles were installed. The final touch was new chimney flashing.
